About us
We're in the business of making people comfortable
Imperial Eminence started as a favour to visiting friends. It grew into Takoradi's most-loved address.
Our story
A hotel's convenience, a home's comfort
Takoradi is a working city — oil and gas, shipping, trade — and people arrive here for weeks at a time. We kept hearing the same complaint: hotels are fine for two nights and exhausting for twenty.
So we built something in between. Apartments where you can cook a proper meal, take a call without noise, do laundry, invite friends over and swim before dinner. Serviced, secure and genuinely nice to be in.
Everything you see in our photos is what you get. We'd rather under-promise and let the place speak for itself.

What we care about
Four things we never cut corners on
Built properly
Solid finishes, real materials and details that still look good after a few hundred guests.
Hosted like family
One WhatsApp message and someone real replies. Usually within minutes, day or night.
Calm by design
Quiet street, green courtyard, soft lighting. The city stays outside the gate.
Consistently rated
A 4.9 average across hundreds of stays — because we sweat the small stuff.
Milestones
How we got here
2019
The idea
Two friends kept hosting visiting colleagues and realised Takoradi had nothing in between hotel and empty flat.
2021
Breaking ground
Cocktail Street plot secured. Design brief: light, air, and a kitchen worth cooking in.
2023
Doors open
First guests move in. The pool becomes everyone's favourite room.
2026
Still improving
New furnishings, faster fibre, and long-stay residencies for people relocating to the region.
